I ordered these twice from Target. Both times they arrived broken. The packing was poor. However, Amazon refunded me including shippping; they were immediately concerned and apologized profusely. They requested a statement in order to investigate and prevent future problems. Their customer service is outstanding.
Love the look of these glasses. Also regular martini glasses have that thin stem. You have to be really careful when washig or the stem breaks. Not these-you can put these right in the dish washer.
