Best everyday glasses ever. Very durable and reasonably nice looking. They have a nice solid feel. I only wish I could find them in different colors like I used to be able to.


The Libbey Gibraltar 16oz. glass is a well designed, sturdy, drinking glass that will stand up to daily use. Well pleased with my purchase.


I had some cute rooster drinking glasses but for some reason all of a sudden they were breaking in the dishwater one after the other over a short period of time. I didn't feel like replacing drinking glasses again so I looked for heavy duty glasses & found these Libbey ones. I love them! They are very heavy duty,yet nice looking. I expect to not have to replace glasses again & would recommend them.


I didn't like these. They are very utilitarian looking, like cheap diner glasses. Very thick glass -- they probably will never break, so they have that going for them -- but they are not very attractive. They also seem too tall. The bottom half is quite narrow, so to get them to hold 16 oz, they are pretty tall.


These glasses are by far the best I've EVER used in my lifetime. We've had them for over a year and still have not had one break. They are extremely sturdy, look great, and are nice to hold on to due to the ridges - even my little toddler can hold onto the 7 oz one with ease. I highly recommend these - we have them in a few of the sizes and I will never buy another brand now that we have these.


They are the best! They don't leave a puddle of water when turned over in the dishwasher, they are very durable, very attractive, and I highly recommend them! They were delivered fast and packaged very well.


We love these glasses! These hold up really well to being knocked onto the linoleum, accidentally tipping over in our porcelain sink, clanking in the dishwasher -- not a chip on them! We have lost every glass we've ever had before due to these situations -- but not the Gibraltar! It truly lives up to it's name -- it's as strong as a ROCK!


I bought these glasses for a new apartment. They're a great size, they look great and are very durable. I haven't had a problem with them yet. Worth every penny.


I have purchased these glasses before. They are really tough and great for a family that is not always careful glasses. Yes this is great for everyday. I bought these and added to my "older" ones. They with stood the family so I purchased them again. They are not only very good but also classy, pretty glasses you can use any time. But is great they can last for every day and your table is set prettily. Oh yes, the men like the feel in their hand. Women notice these things but not always men. Easy to grip.
